What I thought was 14 days, has actually turned into 25. Or 1 day off in a month. Forgot when interning at local paper started and realise it coincides with finishing my working marathon. But never fear, I've managed to get up ever morning despite the 1am bed times.
I'm actually pretty excited about it, doing three very different things will be good. And have to start planning Halloween festivities for Loading as well. Most likely a Bruce Campbell themed evening.
I am currently waiting for masses of emails asking me to come to an interview. That would be nice. I have been applying for Christmas temping jobs, so fingers crossed I can get one, or an actual salary job, so I will actually have some money in the new year.
The plan of action, I say plan of action but what I mean is I hope realistically speaking, is to find another part-time job to start on November. And then I'll be set fir a while. Save some money, and if nothing amazing comes along go back to uni and do a Masters. Ever Sunday on my way to work I go past my old uni on the bus and I realise how much I miss it. I'm not particularly doing anything creative other than my blogs at the moment and it feels a bit weird. I think I might actuall spend some time writing scripts and see where that goes. I'm in a perfect job to inspire me for characters, I have a lot of spare time, and I'm not horrifically bad at it. At least it gives me something to do and keep me occupied and not thinking about how shit the job market is and why the hell I ever did a degree as it hasn't particularly helped me get a job.
